Cervione is in the heart of the Costa Verde, this region is bordered by 17km of beaches.
On the leisure side, you will enjoy the nautical base of Moriani Plage where you can practice many activities: diving, jet skiing, catamaran, boarding.
Explore the hiking trails through the oak, cork and chestnut forests and discover small typical villages as well as splendid sandy beaches.
Nearby, you will find: the small port of TAVERNA, a water sports centre, a diving school, supermarkets, shops (pharmacy, bakery, etc.), restaurants, waterfalls and natural swimming pools, scooter, motorbike and bicycle rentals.PGJyPg

The house
The house of about 220 m2 with an exceptional 180° view of the Costa Verde is composed of:
- a vaulted stone dining room that can accommodate more than 10 people
- A well-stocked library that allows you to relax in the cool (in summer) on the sofa or comfortable armchairs, or to play the many board games (chess, monopoli, scrabble etc .....). It is equipped with a giant screen and a projector that will allow you to enjoy the orange box (Netflix has free use) for the rare rainy days, a Bluetooth speaker. Two extra single beds are available as well as an additional bathroom.
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and crockery).
- A scullery equipped with 2 large Fridges / Freezers, a washing machine and a dryer
- 4 Bathrooms with shower / bath and WC.
- Separate WCs
- A terrace equipped, under a pergola, with a large table to enjoy family meals or evenings with friends. The heated swimming pool with panoramic view and its solarium facing South/East will allow you to enjoy sunny days. An enclosed plot (terraced) of 9,000 m² planted with trees but accessible (oaks, olive trees, fig trees, clementine trees, eucalyptus trees etc ....) is at your disposal. It will allow you to enjoy the shade of all these trees in hammocks available.
- 5 individually air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a terrace overlooking the Costa Verde for an incredible view.
