Managed by Heavenly Hosts

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

This home looked exactly like the pictures advertised. The backyard was amazing! We brought our kids on this trip, and it was perfect for them to play in. The home was furnished with all essentials to ensure a good stay from the kitchen to the restrooms to the relaxing spaces to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Loved the house! Bedding and beds were like a 5 hotel. Clean and nice location 3 min from downtown. Definitely need to drive.The yard is huge and pretty. The hot tub is nice as well. I would stay again. There were a little mishaps. Lights on tree were not working only one light would light up. The internet doesn’t work hardly well at all. Although it was in and out throughout the town. Couldn’t even get tv to work. Just spun. Wish the master bath was bigger. No place to put toiletries. Could use a makeup table in master and other room like the one in front bedroom. If tv’s would work tv’s in bedrooms would be nice to. Garbage cans are on opposite side of where they say they are. It was raining and we got pretty wet trying to figure out location. Over by garage seems like an easier place for them. Overall very nice place!
