Check in and check out were just as explained from owner. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions. Only issue I had was resolved almost immediately. Loved the cabin and location.
This cabin is located in a great area and is secluded. Seen lots of animals (deer, 2 bear and turkey). The cabin however did have several issues. The hot tub jets did not work at all, the underneath of the hot tub cover was losing loose shavings into the water, the pool sticks didn’t have any tips, the lighting was so dim (maybe im just to used to LED). She did get us a net delivered and 2 kid size pool sticks. The furniture was light in color and stained so just felt dirty. Being close to the river was great but for the cost I wish all the inside entertainment had been working properly and I wish we could’ve enjoyed the hot tub. The host was fast to respond and did try to correct any wrong.
I am from Mobile, AL and I attended college at Auburn University. War Eagle! My husband and I currently live in Atlanta, GA. I am in Sales in the Financial Services Industry and I am Owner/Host for our house in Highlands, NC and Blue RIdge, GA. I love to travel, ski, exercise, read, and spend time with family and friends.
