LIVING ROOM: A sofa bed, a table for 4, 2 chairs, a pull-out bench, a wall-mounted TV, a coffee table, a dresser with glassware and crockery – small appliances; raclette grill, etc. A west-facing window and French window opening onto a balcony (with garden furniture), various mountain-themed decor.

Open-plan KITCHEN: A microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. Electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, etc.
SLEEPING AREA: Bunk bed.

BATHROOM: With a sink, a shower, tiled floor, and a separate toilet.

POOL AND TENNIS COURT: Open in summer.
