Nice apartment in Insel Poel/Gollwitz

You reach the cosily furnished two-room apartment via a wide staircase on the first floor, located in the middle of the hallway. As you enter the apartment, you have a small kitchen, the dining area and the inviting sofa in the large living room/bedroom. Between the bathroom and bedroom, a new double bed is cleverly built into the alcove. To the left is the shower room and to the right the separate bedroom.



On one of the most beautiful parts of the Baltic Sea, near Wismar, is the "southernmost island in Scandinavia" - the island of Poel. It is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The apartments are located in the dreamy village of Gollwitz, just 200 metres from the beach. Gollwitz is an insider tip on the island due to its hidden location and excellent water quality. The beach here is particularly child-friendly due to the sandbanks in front of it and there is a separate dog beach. Wellness facilities and a new sauna area with a quiet zone directly in the house invite you to spend relaxing hours; these facilities can be used for a fee and ordered on site. A bike hire company brings modern bikes to the property



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 30.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.
