Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

You will have access to the entire property.

Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

You enter the condo through a private terrace with pocket views of the ocean along with a glass door that opens at both ends of the condo. There is a large living area. Beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for six and a large patio. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and a private terrace. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single trundle beds and a large deck.

The condo is located on a Tamarindo hillside, and it accessed via a sloped dirt road. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Our property has free parking first come first serve parking (1 vehicle per unit) and free street parking.

So nice!

Super clean and comfortable. Just a little bit removed from the chaos and bustle of Tamarindo but a quick drive or walk to the beach or to many wonderful restaurants. Be sure not to miss the nearby night market on Thursdays. This is an ideal location to rent long-term to work remotely. There's even a massive desk set up in one of the bedrooms!

Amazing spot in the heart of Tamarindo!

Beautiful modern condo with breathtaking views of Costa Rica! Centrally located, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would recommend getting a golf cart or car to get around though because it’s pretty hilly! The pool is amazing and beds are extremely comfortable. Enjoy!

Family vacation

The property was nice. The listing misled us about the number of stairs. We did not realize it was 2 story unit nor up as many stairs. However it was a nice place reasonably comfortable and kept cool at night! I would stay again just now I’m aware of the steps!

Scott, thank you for the review about Tierra 3. This nice 3 BDR condominium is located in the Tamarindo hillside, surrounded by nature and a small distance to the center of town. The unit is located on a higher level so there are steps to take. You will benefit from a nice view due to its upstairs location. The unit is fully equipped and comfortable for families and friends. You are on a hill so it is recommended to rent a vehicle to drive downtown anytime you need.

Property was nice, just difficult to get around because it sits on top of a hill, and electric golf carts won’t make it up the hill, and there isn’t any place to plug in an electric cart either. And with only three parking spots for entire unit, a car wasn’t practical either. We enjoyed our stay, just wish we had been better informed about transportation beforehand.

Thank you for the review about Tierra 3, Patricia. Tierra 3 is a great unit if you are looking to be steps away from the town but still close enough to the restaurants, shops, and the beach. The property is located on a hill so not ideal for golf carts. Plugging carts is not allowed in any condominium building, unfortunately. The golf cart companies usually do a good job of letting the guests know or at least warn them about the rules. We are sorry if this was not made clear to you Patricia. We enjoyed hosting you and hopefully can have you visit us soon again in the future!

Girls' Getaway

We really enjoyed our girls' getaway week in Tamarindo! The open concept living area with folding glass doors to the balcony worked well for our group of 6. We had plenty of room to lounge. Every day after breakfast at the condo, we'd head out for a day at the beach. We'd head back to our place each late afternoon/early evening and enjoy a swim in the pool. Then we'd have snacks and a drink on the deck before heading back into town for a dinner in one of the amazing nearby restaurants. We walked everywhere we went. No need for a vehicle. It was a bit of a workout though, as our condo was up a hill, otherwise an easy walk from downtown and the beach. Our host team was attentive to all of our needs, including arranging our transport to and from the airport in Liberia.

A little Dissapointed

Although this property is pretty close to town, This property is very hard to drive to. The pot holes on the road are unbearable and the gravel and dirt road is a very steep hill. The pool is not worth paying for, it needed a good paint job and looks very old although the water was clean and maintained. The inside of the condo was clean and fresh with towels and linens, however the kitchen is tiny hard to use. The sink spit out water everywhere when using it and there was only one pan. The main issue was the TV not working and the WIFI was out the whole week. Although, we did get someone to come out and fix the AC unit and the dryer, the TV and WIFI never got fixed so I was very displeased when I had to pay for international data every day. I would definitely spend a little more for a nicer place next time around. Management was pleasant to deal with and very responsive (except they said they couldn't fix the TV or WIFI).

Fantastic family vacation

We had a fantastic family vacation with our adult children and their significant others. The view was amazing, the pool refreshing after a small hike up the hill and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were just a short walk to great restaurants. We traveled at high season and were greatful for the staff at RPM for booking our transportation and making reservations for outings and restaurants. There were up on the newest restaurants in town and their outing suggestions were safe, affordable and dependable. RPM and the house were fantastic for our family.
