Wonderful residence. Big enough for 4 people and very comfortable. The location was PERFECT. It was right next to a park, the neighborhood was pristine and quiet. The host was amazing. Easily contacted and friendly. A few times during our he reached out to see if anything was needed and was readily available for answering any questions we had. Will definately stay here again when we return to Rochester.
This was our 2nd time staying at Kevin’s beautiful house! He keeps it very clean. It’s nice and quiet within a neighborhood on a dead end street. He stocks a lot of ‘extras’ that are very generous. The furniture is comfortable and well kept. The house is very convenient to many attractions. We will definitely bring staying here again!
We totally enjoyed our stay in this well-kept and fully equipped home. They're had 2 room air conditioners, 1 in the living room and one in the main bedroom. They were enough to cool the main floor. The house was very small which we expected. It was pleasant but would have been brighter with lighter wall colors. There was a pool table in the basement which we all enjoyed even our 8 and10 year old grand kids. No air down there so it was warm and musty. It is an older home with comfortable furniture. The park next door is great if you want a place to play ball. We would stay there again.
