Imagine waking up to amazing sunrises over the gulf and enjoying the colorful skies at sunset right from your private, spacious patio. This top floor, vaulted ceiling condo has everything you need! Fully functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining table plus a spacious living area with a 70" tv, private washer & dryer. The complex has boat trailer parking (great condo for people wanting to SCALLOP!) private pier and a small private beach. It’s the perfect location as it's about 0.5 - 1 mile to all the local restaurants, shops, bars, parks, etc! Cedar Key is the perfect place for anyone to visit from individuals to couples to families! There's something for everyone on the island!

Please note, guests must be able to climb stairs. It's about 40 stairs from the ground to the condo door. There are no elevators in the complex. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, on the front or back porch. However, you can smoke in permitted places throughout the complex. Please be sure any trash is disposed properly.

THE SPACE
Kitchen - A fully functional kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials from making coffee in the morning to preparing home cooked meals. You can be cooking a meal while enjoying the views of the Gulf! It includes a dishwasher, oven, range, microwave and refrigerator. It's stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, silverware, baking dishes, tupperware, dish towels and more!

Deck/Patio- Everything is great, but this may be the star of the show! Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from your large and private deck with unobstructed views of the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the lounge chairs and take in the views from dolphin and bird watching to clam boats whizzing by. We installed a fan for your comfort.

Bedrooms- There are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have been recently updated. The primary has a king-sized bed. The other room has a queen-sized bed. Both have a dresser & a ceiling fan.

Bathrooms - There are 2 full updated bathrooms. One is an en-suite in the primary bedroom. They both include a vanity with storage, and tub/shower combo. We also include towels and hair dryer for your use.

Common Area- There is a dining table with seating for 4, and there are also barstools for additional seating under the counter in the kitchen. The living room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching the new 70 inch tv! WiFi and Spectrum are provided through the HOA and are available to you. You can use the dining room table as a workspace, if needed.

Laundry Room- There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit.

Grounds- The complex has private boat trailer parking & boat wash down station that's free for you to use during your stay (the boat ramp is less than 1 mile away). On the bayou side, there is a small beach and pier. On the Gulf side of the property, there is a small private beach where you can launch a kayak.

**Please be aware that hurricane season is June to November. It is important to stay informed by monitoring weather reports and following any instructions from authorities. Severe weather can lead to additional risks, such as power outages, water or sewer disruptions, and impassable roads. Florida Disaster Org is a good resource. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. Please review information from the City of Cedar Key regarding what is open and closed prior to booking.
