Peaceful river house with lots of room inside and out
Perfect river house. 5 min to river, 15 minute to launch in Bullhead at Rotary park or Needles. 30 min to launch at Lake Mohave or Topoc with easy access to Havasu from Topoc. Close to desert in winter, close to Casinos for fun and entertainment. Great spot to enjoy the river life. House is comfortable and nice set up for family and friends to enjoy.

My wife and I of 32+ years have 5 kids and 3 grandkids. I have been coming to the Colorado river area from Blythe to Lake Powell since 1975. I love the river and found out over the last two years, I love the desert here in the winter too.
