We rent a classified apartment ** at the foot of the slopes for 4 people in a tourist residence in Val Cenis Termignon.

Very functional, comfortable, and regularly renovated/improved, it includes:
A kitchen area very well equipped with crockery and utensils. Equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, 2 coffee makers (filters & senseo), kettle, toaster... etc

A living room with its convertible sofa bed, dining area, TV, cupboard.
A bedroom with double bed and cupboard.

A bathroom with bathtub that makes a shower, hair dryer.
Separate toilet.

A balcony terrace with a view of the village, the mountains and the river. Individual and fitted ski locker on the ground floor.
Private parking space in the garage under the residence.

Free and unlimited WIFI.
Baby equipment, board games, books...
All equipment (including vacuum cleaner) and cleaning products are provided.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by you (option of 70€ if desired on site).

The apartment is located on the snow front, close to the ski lifts, ESF, Piou-Piou club, toboggan run, ski equipment rental, and restaurants.
It is 200 m from the heart of the village and its small shops: bakery, cheese shop, supermarket, tourist office, library... and less than 2 km from a supermarket with petrol station
There are electric charging stations to charge your vehicle in the centre of the village.

The Val Cenis Termignon area is a family and sports resort (125 km of slopes), located in the Maurienne valley, in Savoie.
The Mont Cenis lake, being the border with Italy.
You can also go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities.

Commune of the Vanoise National Park, Termignon is ideal for hiking in peace in summer. It is the starting point for many walks or a few minutes drive from hundreds of other hikes.

Our apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
