Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. One of a kind farm rental will amaze you! Resting on 10 acres in beautiful rural Sheridan, close to everything in Hamilton County including Grand Park! Quick access to Indianapolis.

Rental is a private 3br/1.5 ba rental on the basement floor. Homeowner lives on first floor in separate in private residence. She respects the privacy of guests, but is always up to be social, grab coffee, or tour the farm as available/requested :)

Great location and space

Stayed for a weekend soccer tournament at Grandpark. Close to fields, and restaurants. Plenty of room for family of four (2 teenagers)

Memorable experience

We were visiting my sister in whitestown Indiana for my nephews first birthday & had a wonderful experience at your property. Our boys ages 2 & 5 loved visiting the donkeys in the morning & at night feeding them treats. All the little details like snacks and a spotless home made our stay so amazing. We watched a beautiful sunrise and sunset during our 3 day stay. Thanks again for such a memorable experience. Your hospitality was more than anything we expected. It was like renting a park.

My rating was all 5 out of 5 except for accuracy of description. This property was actually better than described. The owners went above and beyond adding extra features to the property that were not in the listing. They more than accommodated our needs and made sporting tournament at Grand Park into a vacation resort.
