Located between the forest and the lake, right next to the golf course, the vacation apartment is perfect for quiet and relaxing days in the midst of nature.

The apartment features a bright and cozy living-bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a large modern satellite TV with radio, a seating area, a balcony, a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, sink, kettle, coffee maker, as well as dining and cooking utensils.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung für zwei

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten über Silvester einen tollen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund. Da es sein erstes Silvester war, wollten wir in eine ruhige Ecke. Die Wohnung war dafür echt perfekt. Zum einen sieht sie super toll aus und ist sehr modern. Zum anderen war es sehr ruhig und vor allem Naturnahe. In 3 Gehminuten erreichten wir sofort den Wald sowie den Eixendorfer See zum spazieren laufen.

Eine kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet ist. Leider konnte man vom Balkon aus nicht auf den See schauen, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Ein Esstisch wäre in der Wohnung noch super, dass man dort auch Frühstücken kann.

Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und ausreichend für 2 Personen mit Hund. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Küche reicht für kleine warme Mahlzeiten, das Angebot außerhalb Essen zu gehen ist vielfältig und relativ günstig. Leider ist der Eixendorfer See nicht direkt zugänglich ( nur am Zufluss) und wegen Blaualgenproblem nicht zum baden geeignet. Die Region ist gut ausgeschildert und bietet an vielen anderen Seen schöne Wanderwege und Bademöglichkeiten.

Schönes, kleines Appartment in toller Lage!

Wir haben unseren Silvesteraufenthalt bei Herrn Klaumünzer sehr genossen!" Die Gegend ist wunderschön und das Appartment ist wahnsinnig gemütlich. Der Vermieter war mehr als zuvorkommend und immer als Ansprechpartner für uns da! Einen Stern haben wir jedoch abgezogen, da die Koch- und Essmöglichkeiten im Appartment etwas begrenzt sind - da wir aber auch wirklich fast ausschließlich selbst kochen sind unsere Ansprüche vielleicht auch etwas höher...:) Abgesehen davon war es der perfekte Silvesterurlaub! Wir haben uns vorgenommen wiederzukommen!!!! Danke!!!!

Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Man konnte gut entspannen.

Ein sehr schöner Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Wohnung war zwar klein, aber dafür sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die "gute Fee" des Hauses hat und sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊
