La casa nel complesso è accogliente, mancano le tende e dalla porta finestra della camera da letto che da sulla strada e il parcheggio si vede tutto, bisogna abbassare la tapparella. C'è l' aria condizionata all' ingresso quindi le porte delle camere vanno tenute aperte se vuoi fresco. Non c'è il bidè ma la doccia è molto grande. Non c'è la moka ma la signora si è prodigata per farmi avere una macchina per caffè americano. Buona accoglienza appena siamo arrivati (le11) ci ha fatto entrare subito. Ci sono gatti che girano liberi, ma non è stato un problema anche se abbiamo il cane. Attraversando la strada ci sono le scale che portano in centro e al mare. Per quello che ho pagato sono soddisfatta.

Als Gesamteindruck habe ich meinem Aufenthalt 4 Sterne vergeben.
Ich hab hier in Njivice von 13 bis 21.08 mein Urlaub mit meine Familie verbracht. Ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr sauberen Wohnanlage. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war bestens und die benötigten Informationen haben wir voll umfänglich erhalten.“ Eine schöne Atmosphäre, ruhig uns sehr entspannt. In der Küche alles vorhanden und sauber. Klimaanlage war auch sehr wichtig, da wir eine sehr heiße Woche hatten. Wir hatten auch vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz gehabt sodass wir fürs Auto keine Sorgen hatten. In der nähe meine Meinung nach schönsten Strand in diesen Ort nämlich Beach Caffè Bar Insula. Danke Fam. Omnic für diesen sch önen Urlaub.
