Haus Hörnicke - Small vacation apartment with large garden

Apartment 03 (approx. 65 m², 2-4 people) has its own ground-level entrance and direct access to the garden and is also suitable for the slightly handicapped.

The apartment consists of a porch, a kitchen hall with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and a separate shower room and a bedroom with a double bed, also with a shower room. A cot can be set up on request.

WiFi is free and pets are allowed.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be pre-ordered from me for a fee of € 10.00 per person.

Please pay the applicable spa fee on site at the Tourist Information, Am Kurpark 9, 37444 Sankt Andreasberg.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Check in absolut unkompliziert mit Schlüssel Code und telefonischer Einweisung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderbar großem Garten, ruhig gelegen, ideal für 2 Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet, Teetrinker sollten sich ein Sieb bzw. Filter mitbringen. Ansonsten für Selbstkocher alles da außer ordentlichem Schneidebrett. 2 kleine Bäder sehr praktisch, allerdings extra Handtücher als Duschvorleger mitbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub, FeWo top, Bäder Sanierungsbedürftig!

Schöne FeWo, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Bäder sind sehr Sanierungsbedürftig, Badelatschen empfohlen, lange Aufenthalte in den Badezimmern wurden eher vermieden.

Wohnung war insgesamt sehr gemütlich

Geräumig, hell und gemütlich. Ein Minuspunkt gehört in die Kücheneinrichtung. Es waren zu wenig kleine Löffel und die gesammelten Werke an altem Porzellan und alten Gläsern ist kein Renommee für eine derartige Wohnung. Hier ist Nachholbedarf.

Überall Hundehaare/Außengelände ramschig

Auf den ersten Blick Hui, beim zweiten Pfui! Es war uns bewusst eine Ferienwohnung gebucht zu haben wo Hunde erlaubt sind. Wir hatten selber 15 Jahre einen Hund. Aber so viele Hundehaare im Bett und auf dem Sofa war schon sehr eklig. Das hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Das Außengelände wirkte sehr gepflegt, aber auch hier, Treppenstein lose, die Schaukel höchst gefährlich für Kinder, ein Seil war gerissen, und Einzelteile fielen ab. Die Terassenmöbel sehr unansehnlich. Von der Einrichtung her schön, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Fazit: Wir werden die Wohnung nicht mehr besuchen.
