Updated kitchen and bathroom with a king sized bed in Master. Amazing Apartment Located in Daytona Beach. The complex is a resort like setting with six tennis courts, a very large heated swimming pool, in ground spa, and games in the community room. There is a pool table, ping pong table and library, sauna. Located right across the street from the beach with a path directly across A1A. There is plenty of parking for 2 vehicles. No pets, no motorcycles or oversize trucks allowed.

Friendly group of owners

Very accommodating. Had a problem with a/c and wifi. Wi-Fi fixed same day. A/C next morning. Everybody so friendly. Beach right across street. Favorite restaurant Caribbean Jacks 5 minutes away. Iron Axe Restaurant 15 minutes away. Peabody Auditorium and Hard Rock Hotel Friday night tribute series for awesome music

Actual Facility Manager is Rude and Unprofessional

The facility is worn. The entryway signs are fading white from the sun. I went to visit my son while he was staying there. I rode my motorcycle, because, well, it's Daytona. We were threatened, they tried to tow my motorcycle, and hung their defense on a badly faded sign by the road. I would not recommend it unless you need a cheap place to stay.
