Le Gîte des GARRIGUES at the foot of Mont BOUQUET, private indoor pool, Sauna

Welcome to our cottage located on the heights of the village of Brouzet les Alès, between village and scrubland. The cottage includes the entire ground floor of a contemporary villa.
It is sunny and air-conditioned of 65 m2 for 4 people and has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV. The sleeping area of the living room equipped with a 160 sofa bed and a 2nd TV has a curtain to isolate itself from the dining room. A billiard table that can be transformed into an indoor dining table in case of bad weather. The open kitchen and its central island are generously equipped for the preparation of meals.

The indoor swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the tenants of the cottage and it is heated to 30° all year round.
The sauna is traditional and essential oils will be at your disposal to perfect this moment of relaxation. The relaxation area and the sauna are in unlimited access included during the tenants' stay during the opening hours from 8 am to 10 pm.
NO SPACE IS SHARED.

The large covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor TV, the garden has a ping pong table, a gas barbecue and sun loungers.
Facing WEST, magnificent sunsets over the Cévennes mountain range.
For the little ones, a playground 1 minute walk from the entrance of the cottage and in the middle of the scrubland is available with a slide swing and trampoline. Hiking trails start from the property.
The wifi network is at your disposal.

We will be happy to welcome you but a key box is installed to adapt to all situations.
Private parking secured by video surveillance.
When you arrive, the beds will already be made and all the linen is provided, including towels for the pool.

In the village, you will find 2 restaurants, a bar/supermarket, the Post Office.
The town of Alès is 15 minutes away and the 1st supermarket is 10 minutes away.

Les Aiguières composed of waterfalls and cavities dug into the bed of the Valat de Séguissous, located in the commune of Bouquet 7 km away. This forms a crystalline canyon in the middle of the scrubland.
