The cottage is like a tiny home... It has a queen bed, a sitting area across the room, and a loft that includes a second full/double bed (accessed by ladder). This is a perfect cottage for those who are looking for a unique hide-away. Cottage has a quaint feel that is inviting to everyone. Built-in 1902, the cottage is a contributing structure on the national historic registry.

Easy stay within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. Cozy, but doable for 2 or 3 nights. We stayed as a family of 3 with a tween. The loft bed was perfect for her. We saw lots of birds and deer off the deck! We loved how easy it was to walk into town. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.

The location was absolutely perfect! Be aware, the space is Very small. There is no kitchen or utensils for coffee but there is a mini fridge & microwave. It's perfect for a single person or just a couple. The back porch/space was so peaceful but the hill is very steep in the yard. Overall, a good experience.

Perfect location! Super cute cozy room. I had two teenagers with my husband and me, so it was a little snug. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door, so it doesn’t really give a lot of privacy. There isn’t a table or anything to put your bags, so we had stuff everywhere (esp with two teenagers) but overall it was a great stay! The sauna after a long day of walking was perfection! The deck and fire pit were another added bonus! We loved our stay.

Hosts were great they found water heater problem and made alternate arrangements before we knew they're was a problem. If i had a question they had an answer. We were 2 adults 2 small dogs very small space but we made it work for 3 days. Close walking distance to food etc..

The Fox Den at the Mary Margaret was a short walk to downtown Eureka Springs! It was compact but fit our needs.
