Escape to comfort in this intimate beach-style townhome, located in beautiful Indian Shores. This spacious townhome has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation for family, friends or a romantic getaway- just 2-5 min from beach access!
This spacious townhome offers a second-level main living area where you'll find tranquil décor. The townhome is accented with a private balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable.

The bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor. Relax in your master bedroom with a large king bed and bunk beds with a twin over full combination. Flat screen smart tv, fans, and attached bathroom accompany this relaxing beach oasis with walk in shower and full size walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a pair of queen sized beds and flat screen smart TV, closet with a near-by guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All tvs have cable and smart tv .

Enjoy the condo complex's communal heated pool and fishing dock on the beautiful causeway. Picnic at the tables near the pool and dock. Kayak launch available.

Head downstairs to the garage where guests have access to kayak, pool toys, bikes, and other fun! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, strollers, wagons all provided for guest use. Two car parking available in garage and outside garage of townhome. Complimentary Wifi and full washer/dryer in townhome. Just off the main area there is a half bathroom.

The townhome is walking distance to small grocery, ice cream, food! 20 minute ride to Clearwater Beach and 20 minute ride to St. Pete Beach making it a perfect central location. Only 45 minutes from Tampa Airport and 25 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. Trolley runs on Gulf boulevard throughout the day. Nearby putt putt golf, waterpark in Indian Rocks Beach make lots of fun for family. One of the most unspoiled beaches in Florida makes for beautiful sunsets!

Beach getaway

This property was perfect for a few nights away with my family of 4! The space was clean and inviting, and anything I needed from the owner was immediately answered. She was even so kind as to let me know that the cleaners had finished and we could check in early! We will definitely stay here again!

A great place to stay in a great area!

Lindsey was such a great host! When we arrived we had trouble with the front door lock, and she instantly was able to help us out. The place was SO CUTE and vibrant, and it was a very short walk from the beach. The beach nearby was lovely, and the ice cream shop that was almost right next to the location was also such a cute experience. Many beach supplies were in the garage, which made things so much easier. There were many towels available as well, and everything had such clear instructions. The host was so good at communicating in both the VRBO messages and with a binder filled with any information that we could have needed. I cannot recommend this location enough, it was so great!

Great Stay

If your looking for a low key vacation away from crowded beaches and streets this is your place. Beach is about 1/2 a block away, very quick wasy walk. Icecream shop and convenient store right outside the condo. We were able to ride bikes to cvs and pick up more "supplies". Restaurant/bar and souvenir shop less than .5 mile away. Community pool was clean. We rode the trolley into clearwater, very easy and cheap (download the app so you can see when the trolley comes). All of the beach equipment you need in the garage. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for the stay!

Cute home in great location

This was a great home that was well stocked with everything we needed for a pleasant stay from pots and pans to paper products to beach necessities. The only thing missing was wash clothes, but after talking with Lindsey they must have all been getting laundered and she had new ones delivered to us within hours 🤩! We also had a slight delay with checking in but again Lindsey was in constant communication with us which was appreciated. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for 4. Floors (or maybe rugs?) left our socks pretty dirty but otherwise house was very clean. We would stay again!

Great stay.

The location is perfect. The owners were great to deal with. The unit offered anything you could possibly need and more. Beach is a short walk away and pool is steps away. Convenience store/ice cream shop and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This home is a beach oasis allowing for relaxation and access to all the wonderful things Florida has to offer. We provide all beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and much much more making travel easy. This is a great family friendly getaway and well as a romantic haven.
