C’était un très bon séjour, l’hôte a été disponible et réactif par appel et SMS. Les instructions d’arrivée ont été très bien expliquées la veille par téléphone. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, bien placé, silencieux et il proposait tout ce qu’il y avait de mentionné sur l’annonce.

Petit pour 4

Positive : - L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à pieds au luge park de la colline des bains. - Le studio est rénové et propre. - Le balcon donne sur de la verdure, la montagne et le village. - La possibilité de se garer sur place. Negative : Nous avions explicitement demandé si le linge de lits et de bain serait fourni et nous avons eu la réponse écrite et claire par le gestionnaire du logement que oui, que c’était inclus. Le jour de check-in la propriétaire nous a informés que le linge ne sera pas fourni et que c’est une information erronée qui nous avait été donnée par le gestionnaire de la location et à nous de fournir le linge. Cela a causé du retard dans notre programme de vacances. Très contrariant pour toute la famille. Le studio nous a semblé vraiment petit pour une famille de 4. Pour 2 ce serait très bien. Les 2 valises devaient rester sur le balcon.
