Superbe,Bien agencée et bien équipée cette villa, avec parking privatif, se situe dans un quartier très calme mais néanmoins très proche de la plage et des pistes cyclables sans oublier le super marché, bien caché, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son espace jardin "paysagé" avec sa terrasse et sa piscine chauffée très agréable par temps de canicule.Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour un séjour en famille sur Ré (le port de St Martin, La Flotte, et le Bois plage facilemenrt accessibles en vélos par les pistes cyclables).
