The home was perfect for our family. Wonderful location right on the beach. During the day, the beach was very crowded with people camping right up to the gate (not indicated in any picture), but early mornings and late afternoons were great for swimming.The host and property management team were very attentive and friendly. The ice maker was broken so they delivered ice upon request. Great spot for a family vacation!

Loved the location right on the beach! Easy access to many fun places within walking distance. Only downside of the house was that it doesn’t have AC & the nights were hot (even with windows open). We usually stay in hotels in Hawaii and having AC makes for better sleeping.

This home is in a prime location and is open and airy. The beach is right there, you can walk a bit up the beach and there’s an area where the monk seals and sea turtles come to rest. The home is equipped with pretty much anything that you need in the kitchen, for the beach for bath - nothing was spared. The coffee machine broke on our first morning there and within an hour of writing the email - a new one was delivered. It was great! The best was the pool. We had 4 kids with us ages 9 and 6 and they lived in the pool and preferred that to the beach- it was pure joy for them and joy for us to watch. A lovely time was had by all.

the hot tub heater was broken and wouldn't work the whole trip. If you look at this house the hot tub right on the beach is a large part of the appeal. It took me calling VRBO to get even a very small discount on the booking as it was too late to find another house. I understand things happen but more should have been done to make it right.

Unparalleled location; a dream vacation for my family! The home is great for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach without needing to pack the car and dealing with logistics. The house is right there! The pool is fun and we really enjoyed the grill and outside eating area. Can’t wait to come again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat this property’s location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the large grass area in the backyard for the children to play. This property is steps away from the beach as you walk out the private gate. The home itself was very clean and very spacious with room for everyone to have his or her own space. The Property Management team was very responsive when we needed them. The no air conditioning in the home wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were not that hot and the ceiling fans were sufficient. I always prefer air conditioning in a rental home, but this house has so many great qualities, I can overlook this. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family.

Family summer vacation

Great house for our family of 6 vacation. We loved the location and set up of the house. Can’t beat the view of the ocean. Even though on a public beach and next to a resort the house and back yard felt very private.

Amazing location and views

The location of this property is absolutely phenomenal. The grounds are very well maintained. Can’t beat Poipu beach in the backyard. Gina and the crew were amazing to work with. Super helpful in setting up excursions, a private chef (who was fantastic). The house was well stocked with all the necessities, including toiletries. I can’t say enough good things about the property

Tropical Paradise that Exceeds Expectations!

The house was amazing! The location and pool adjacent to the beach just cannot be beat. House was very comfortable for a family of 9 with 3 kids. During our stay the refrigerator broke and they brought over a replacement with coolers of ice within an hour. The range didn’t work well but was functional. House really could have used AC in the bedrooms for sleep comfort in the summer but overall was an amazing property with very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.
