The Roosted Suite is one half of Casita on Fifth, a beautifully restored 1918 duplex located in the heart of historic Ybor City. This private 3-bedroom, 3-bath suite offers generous space and flexible sleeping arrangements, providing a comfortable and thoughtfully designed stay just steps from the energy of 7th Avenue.
Inside the Suite:
The main living areas provide comfortable seating and space to relax or gather after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for everyday meals or longer stays.
The suite offers multiple private sleeping areas:
• A primary king bedroom with room-darkening curtains and an en-suite bathroom
• A queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom
• A first-floor king bedroom with a full bathroom located nearby
• An open loft area with a queen futon for additional sleeping flexibility
Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay.
Shared Outdoor Space:
Guests have access to a shared backyard located behind the property. The yard includes seating and a grill and is shared with the other suite in the duplex.

Casita on Fifth is located just steps from historic 7th Avenue, placing restaurants, bars, music venues, and shops within easy walking distance. The TECO Streetcar provides convenient access to downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the Florida Aquarium. Major roadways are nearby for trips to beaches, theme parks, and Tampa International Airport.

Street parking is free and available directly in front of the property on a first-come, first-served basis.
The driveway is reserved for guests who book the Entire Casita.
Exterior security cameras are in use; there are no interior cameras.
For bookings made outside of Airbnb, identity verification is required prior to check-in.

House Rules
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals are allowed as required by law.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the suite and on the balcony. Smoking is permitted only at the outdoor table in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtray provided.
Parking
This suite does not include driveway access. Guests must use free street parking only. Vehicles parked in or blocking the driveway may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Security
Exterior security cameras are in use. There are no interior cameras.
Maintenance and Issues
Please report any housekeeping or maintenance concerns promptly. Issues will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds are not provided.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges only when extra cleaning, labor, or remediation beyond standard turnover is required.
