The house is comfortable and well equipped.PGJyPg�PGJyPgMain room: A convivial living room with double sofa, a library and a large connected TV with Chromecast built-in. Perfect for your relaxing moments after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: Open plan and fully equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and filter coffee machine as well as everything you need to cook delicious meals.

Upstairs master bedroom: a beautiful, bright bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

Second bedroom on the ground floor: a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed and a large sofa bed, chest of drawers and armchair.

Bathrooms: A stylish upstairs bathroom equipped with a shower and towel warmer and a washing machine. A welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo is also provided.

Additional equipment: Wi-Fi included, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, as well as sheets and towels provided for each guest. You also have a parking space. Everything is designed to guarantee you a comfortable stay.

Additional information: The house is located at the end of the courtyard away from the hustle and bustle of the street.

Special feature: The downstairs room can still be used as a rehearsal space because the acoustics lend themselves to it.

The house is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the entire accommodation and the garden which is shared with another tenant of the Clos Robespierre.
