You live in a holiday home that will give you a cozy impression with underfloor heating, parquet floors, wooden doors and ceilings.

Nette Wohnung mir toller Fussbodenheizung

Wir verbrachten unsere Weihnachtstage hier. Es war passend dekoriert und die Fussbodenheizung brachte die nötige Wärme. Leider sind die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer Doppelbett recht hart.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem Paradies für Wanderer

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Was die Ausstattung anbelangt, so findet man wirklich alles vor, was benötigt wird. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir auch die vielen Prospekte mit Anregungen für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Hier sind die Wandervorschläge der unmittelbaren Umgebung besonders hervorzuheben, weil man die in den üblichen Wanderführern so nicht findet. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung fanden wir auch sehr gut, so dass wir in Hausen am Tann einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbringen konnten.

Schone en ruime vakantiewoning in rustige dorp

Prima woning, genoeg ruimte. Voor 6 personen zal het balkon wat klein zijn. Maar met minder kan prima. Goed startpunt om eropuit te gaan. Verhuurder is snel in reageren op mail.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir verbrachten zu sechst insg. fünf Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Wir hatten das komplette Haus für uns allein, wobei nur das mittlere Stockwerk mit dem Zugang zum Balkon und der untere Eingangsbereich + Flur für uns zugänglich waren. Dies war aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war bei der Übernahme sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine wunderbare Fußbodenheizung machte die kalten Tage zudem sehr gemütlich und ließ den großen Kachelofen, welchen wir ebenfalls hätten benutzen dürfen, ein wenig überflüssig erscheinen. Die Küche mit anschließender Abstellkammer ist klein aber fein und bietet keinen neuen technischen Schnikschnak zum Kochen aber reichte für uns völlig aus. Die schöne Natur rund um Hausen am Tann lud zum wandern ein und faszinierte uns mit ihrer Vielfältigkeit. Der Kontakt mit Familie Liedtke verlief stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, so waren sie beispielsweise bei Wünschen zu einer flexibleren An- und Abreisezeit sehr flexibel und kooperativ. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus also nur empfehlen.

Sehr gepflegt und gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) waren sehr begeistert von dem Ferienhaus. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Da man das Haus von den sehr netten Vermietern zur alleinigen Nutzung überlassen bekommt hat man auch seine eigene Privatsphäre.

Zu empfehlen

Alles da was man braucht. Bäckerlädele im Dorf, die nächste größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit 8Min. entfernt aber gut zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Woran man sich nur gewöhnen muss, die Kirche um die Ecke läutet alle viertel Stunde auch nachts. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

Geräumige Wohnung in herrlicher Wandergegend

Wenn's heiß wird, zum Baden nach Schömberg oder Oberdigesheim, bei Regenwetter in die Museen von Reutlingen (Spendhaus) und Albstatt oder ins ehemalige Dominikanerkloster nach Rottweil, bei gutem Wanderwetter sind die 1000er der Alb vor der Haustür ( Pletten, Lochen)oder schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Infrastruktur zum Wandern (Wegmarkierungen, Rastplätze, Wegführung meist ohne Teerstrasse) ist spitze (Dank Albverein). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ist gut und funktionell. Unser Wunsch nach mehr Bett- Decken wurde von den Vermietern schnell erfüllt.

Everything was excellent!

We spent four nights in the house as part of our longer European holiday. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made sure that we received all the necessary information about the house and the area. A very nice surprise was also the welcome gift, with regional wine and yummy fruits. We loved the house as it provided us with all the amenities as well as the space for our family (we like to have a fair amount of space!) and, very importantly, games that kept our girls entertained when we were inside. The local bakery with fresh products, its welcoming owners as well as the warm local people, who made every effort to communicate to us either by signs or language (we do not speak German!), were all heartwarming for us and made the experience highly enjoyable. Last but not least, the beautiful surroundings with plenty of experiences on offer, made it a perfect stay for all the family - we fell in love with the place, the people and the area. Thank you!

zum Wandern sicherlich perfekt. Das wollten wir allerdings nicht. FeWo ist für 4 Erwachsene perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, ideal gelegen für Wanderungen.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen Wanderurlaub in der schwäbischen Alb. Eine wunderschöne Zeit; unsere Wanderziele waren von Hausen am Tann gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Gemütliches und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren 4 Tage im Ferienhaus, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin gab uns wertvolle Tips zu den Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.
