Beautiful modern villa with private pool, 600 m as the crow flies from the sandy beach, 3 km from the small town of Realmonte on the south coast of Sicily, 15 km Agrigento. Only 750 m away is the famous beach Scala dei Turchi with the monumental white rock reminiscent of bizarre steps. This part of Sicily is famous for the beauty of its beaches. The house is equipped with all comforts, tasteful and neat furnishings, each room has its own bathroom, a wellness room with Jacuzzi for relaxation. Equipped veranda, barbecue, large natural plot with swimming pool, outdoor shower and equipped lawn. In close proximity to restaurants and various services. Agrigento with the famous Valley of the Temples, UNESCO World Heritage Site, are certainly worth a visit. 7 km the small port town of Empedocle. 165 km Palermo, the beautiful capital of Sicily.

Lovely Place

Very nice property in Realmonte, close to everything that was part of our trip. The beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice. Check in was a bit of a challenge but that was more language-related (we didn't speak much Italian!).
