Make a break for the beach at this sunny, sixth-floor getaway in beautiful Fort Walton Beach. Whip up your favorite recipes (or reheat yesterday's leftovers) in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dine indoors at the adjacent table (or out in the open air on the furnished balcony), and then close out your days channel surfing in the comfortable living area. On-site, you and your guests will also enjoy access to two shared pools in the courtyard (visible from your balcony), a fitness room, and of course miles of sandy beach located just a short walk from your door. Additional amenities include a desk and chair for remote work or schooling, a private washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning.

Great family spot!

The property is a great location for families. If you do not want to be around children, do not book this property. We really enjoyed the condo, location to the beach, beach service, Tiki Hut at the pool, the different pools and lazy river, and location to all the fun activities. The elevator was quick and the property was easy to navigate! My only complaint with the condo itself would be the sofa mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the living room could have used another comfortable chair. I would definitely book this condo again.

Property is very easy to find and in a great location. Rooms are clean, beach is well maintained- only knock is that the pools are not heated. Cold water and winds off the ocean are a bad combination for parents with little ones.

We have been to Waterscape 5 to 6 times in the past and have always had great experiences. The condo was especially clean and updated. The unit is nicely decorated and avoids the unnecessary trinkets & decorations of some other units. An overall excellent trip & stay!

Stayed over Labor weekend. The room was clean. View off the the balcony was very nice. All furniture was up to date, clean, and comfortable. We had all the dishes and/or utensils we needed to be able to cook. Overall a 5 out of 5. The facility itself had all the amenities to entertain people of all ages. Would definitely stay again in room B616.

I stayed in this unit joining my friend’s family on Spring Break. They stayed in a different unit down the hall and they were jealous of my accommodations! Everything in the condo is pristine, so light and airy yet comfortable. I did not cook while there but noticed the kitchen was outfitted with everything one might need. Including an air fryer and a brand new Keurig coffee maker. While the main view is of the Waterscape pools area, from the balcony you also have a nice clear side view of the gorgeous beach. The booking came with 2 chairs and an umbrella, and for an extra $15/day you can have them reserve your preferred location on the beach which we thought was a great deal to secure a front row spot each day. I am looking forward to coming back here again!

The condo was spotless. The view was great. The bed was very comfortable. Management brought me a new coffee maker within 10 minutes of being notified about the mismatched carafe. The complex was beautiful.

Wonderful Condo and Resort

Wonderful condo! Super clean and very updated decor. Great location beautiful view! Perfect resort for a family! The only thing that I would complain about was the mattress and pillows!! Everything else was great!
