About this property
Apartment with a private garage near the seaside
This apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, originally belonged to our parents. In 2022, my sisters and I decided to renovate it—not only for ourselves, but also for you. Come and enjoy our place located close to the Promenade des Anglais and the Old Town of Nice. Thanks to its underground garage, you can easily park your vehicle and explore this beautiful city and its surroundings.
