Close to the beach and 1.5 km from a mini-market and a bakery, this detached house of approximately 125 m² comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, four-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Tassimo pod coffee machine), a bathroom, a shower room with toilet, a living/dining room with TV and fireplace, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a first bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a dressing room, a second bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a wardrobe (shelves and hanging space), a third bedroom (one double bed) with shelves and a clothes rack, a desk, and a fourth adjoining bedroom (three single beds suitable for children) with a chest of drawers.
The enclosed garden of approximately 250 m² features a south-facing terrace and garden furniture. A garage includes a chest of drawers and a washing machine. For baby: travel cot + mattress
