Very nice place just the upstairs was kinda warm. Would've slept downstairs but the bigger bed and tv were upstairs. Backyard was very nice but wish the lights worked better
We enjoyed the large backyard and home. So much to be used here. We are glad they recommended C-Street. We found some shops there we loved. We loved the quiet neighborhood and off-street parking. It was an easy check in and check out and communicating with the host was seamless. We worried about finding a safe neighborhood to stay in and this home in this neighborhood felt safe to us and was very quiet. The air conditioning was very sufficient for a huge older home and no problems with the hot water. Everything was fantastic.
Nice older home that has been remodeled. Everything was layed out perfectly for our family. The upstairs suite was very private and had everything you would need. Nice big backyard for our dog. Would definitely stay again.

Very cool craftsman style home that needs updating.Overall surfaces were clean, but in need of deep cleaning. Carpet on stairs as well as the upstairs area carpet needs to be replaced now!The outdoor area was spacious and had nice table and cushioned chairs. Area would benefit from power washing. The door from house to backyard was ridiculously heavy and awkward.Interesting art and the ease of communicating were the highlights.
First time even staying in a house. So this was a change but great for us and our dogs. Clean nice. Needs few updates but all in all good. I would come back for sure.
Juliet was so easy to work with and let us know we could reach out if we had any questions. The house was amazing! I love older homes with the original wood and french doors and this house did not disappoint. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled, the backyard was beautiful with plenty of room. The attic was our favorite spot to hang out. The location was perfectly located to explore C-street. We had a great four day stay. Will definitely return for another visit.

The property was a bit warm upstairs but comfortable downstairs. We wouldn’t stay in the summertime due to the lack of AC. The property was a bit run down and dirty during our visit. On a positive note, the property is located close to C Street which we enjoyed visiting.

I hate that you were too warm uostairs because we do have an air cond split unit to use. I had included that information in the original email along with a request that if you weren‘t cool enough to contact me about using the unit. This was the first I heard you were too warm. Safe travels!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was great, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The house was very clean and welcoming. Juliet took the time to set a Christmas tree up for us. Loved the kitchen layout and the fenced in back yard. Very short walk to downtown shopping area that kept us busy for a while.
