On the first floor there is a bedroom, recreation room with table soccer, darts and TV, bathroom and living room with kitchen. From the living room you can access the terrace with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the refreshing pool. On the 1st floor, which is accessible via external stairs, there are two bedrooms, three bathrooms, toilet, fitness room and kitchen with living room. In the sauna you can switch off and give your body and mind the well-deserved relaxation. Once the sun goes down, you can prepare delicious dishes on the beautiful outdoor grill and enjoy convivial moments. But the main feature of this accommodation is the front row to the sea, which allows you to sunbathe, swim or use a kayak on the small concrete beach below at any time. The landlord offers you transfer/vehicle rental for an extra charge.
