Saubere Wohnung in pPagwitz

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung, auf der Durchreise. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Geschoss eines Mietshauses und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. In der Umgebubg viele ausländische Lokale (wir haben sehr lecker in vietnamesischen lokal in der zdhochauer)

Alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht

Wir waren mit einer Mädelstruppe auf einem Kurztrip in Leipzig. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt! Es war alles da, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war zügig, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, sowohl Spülmittel und Seife. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

FeWo in Plagwitz - kann man machen

Angenehme Ferienwohnung in prima Lage nahe an der Karl-Heine-Straße. Auch die Gastgeberin war bemüht und hat ein paar fehlende Utensilien schnell nachgereicht. Das Doppelbett allerdings ist durch und bräuchte mindestens mal ne neue Mattraze. Und die Reinigungskraft sollte bitte nicht vor Ablauf des Checkout drängeln. Insgesamt durchaus okay mit ein paar Abstrichen.

Very nice. I recommend it.

Comfortable and relaxing, sparkling clean with nice decoration and furniture. Great for kids. Quiet and easy to keep fresh in summer. Medium size apartement with small kitchen. The kitchen is not very practical but every other room is spacious with room for bags, presses etc... The mattress on the double bed is not of a high quality. Be aware that there is no washmachine and you need a car to go to the lounderette. If you have a car it's easy to park for free on the road. The area is fantastic with countless restaurants, cafés, groceries and bars with a great athmosphere. I recommend Prellbock for an excellent meal in a super setting. To go to the city centre, take the tram or a nice 45 minutes walk through the park. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful.

Alles bestens! FeWo super schön gelegen in Plagwitz...

wir waren mit Freunden dort eine Woche lang. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders nett war der Willkommensgruß in Gestalt eines frischen Tulpenstraußes. Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung ideal. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für die alltäglichen Bedürfnisse. Für die Erkundung von Leipzig ideal. Fußläufig der Auwald mit den riesigen z.Zt. blühenden Bärlauchflächen, der Palmengarten um die Ecke, unzählige MUSS-Ziele, die niemals langweilig werden wie die AlteBaumwollspinnerei mit den zahlreichen Künstler-Ateliers, das KunstKraftWerk mit atemberaubenden Installationen, Spaziergänge entlang des Karl-Heine-Kanals und immer wieder große und kleine Überraschungen, die in alten Gemäuern auf die Entdeckung der Besucher warten wie z:B. die riesige Billard-Halle in der obersten Etage des Gebäudes namens MENSA bei dem neu eröffneten Supermarkt mit dem alten Namen "KONSUM". Hier oben hat Sven Wenkheimer mit Freunden ein wahres Billard-Paradies geschaffen: weitläufig, luftig, großzügig, in dem auch Darts, Backgammon u.a. und gespielt werden können. Dazu gibt es eine lange Bar, an der sich zwischendurch gestärkt werden kann, und wo der Tag gemütlich ausklingen mag. Die nahe Lunge von Leipzig namens Auwald und die zahlreichen Wasserflächen sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß (für Wanderfreudige) per Fahrrad und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel leicht zu erreichen. Nur 10 Minuten ist der Hbf Leipzig mit der Straßenbahn entfernt und schon hat das pulsierende Leben das Stadtzentrum den Besucher eingefangen. Also: unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Angemessene Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Leipzig

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie hätte etwas sauberer sein können, man hat gesehen, dass der Boden nicht gesaugt/gewischt wurde. Trotz der großen, viel befahrenen Straße in unmittelbarer Umgebung war es ruhig. Leider haben aber die Mieter darunter an einem Abend eine Party gefeiert und zwar in einer solchen Lautstärke, dass von der Musik die Gläser im Schrank vibriert haben und man beim Fernsehschauen nichts verstanden hat (und das am 24.12. bis nachts halb 2!). Der Fernseher hat an einem Abend leider nicht funktioniert und konnte trotzdem alles versucht wurde, nicht zum Laufen gebracht werden. Die Matratzen vom großen Bett sind extrem weich und sollten, wenn durchgelegen, ausgetauscht werden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.

Wir haben diese FeWo im Oktober 2018 für einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern in Leipzig gebucht. Wir fanden dort alles vor, was man sich für eine entspannte Zeit vorstellen kann. Die FeWo ist gemütlich, alles sehr sauber, selbst für die Kinder waren Karten und ein Malbuch vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war TOP. Wir haben versehentlich etwas liegen gelassen, was uns nach kurzer Rücksprache innerhalb von 2 Tagen kostenfrei zugeschickt wurde. Das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt. Wir können diese FeWo nur weiterempfehlen!!! Sehr gerne wieder!! Besten DANK

Alles wie erwartet

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Plagwitz mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Waren des täglichen Bedarfs sowie Restaurants und Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist in der Wohnung wenig bis gar kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Wenn man nicht auf Anhieb einen Parkplatz in der Straße findet, kann man auch bequem auf einem großem, gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz gegenüber des Hauseingangs parken. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, für einen Wochenendtrip völlig ausreichend. Die einzigen Mankos; die Betten im "Kinderzimmer" sind für Erwachsene nicht zweckmäßig, zu schmal und sehr hart, da die Matratzen zu dünn sind. Der Duschvorhang über der Badewanne hatte seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und erfüllte so nicht mehr seinen Zweck, dieser sollte ersetzt werden. Der Fernseher und das WLAN funktionierten nicht aber deshalb sind wir nicht nach Leipzig gekommen. Der Ausfall war sicher auch nur temporär und ist zwischenzeitlich behoben. Alles in allem, tip top und zu empfehlen für einen Kurzurlaub für den anspruchslosen Gast der Wert auf Sauberkeit und zentrale Lage legt.
