Entire home to your comfort great sitting area on front porch and rear fenced yard patio. Off street parking . WiFi and basic tv with connections for your streaming devices. Outside shower to clean off the sand from the beach s just a short distance away. Away from the commercial setting located in a great community. Edgewater acres. 7day weekly rental Saturday to Saturday Tenant occupied, family only adults occupants with children preferred. Tennant must be 25+, 1 dog pet under 20 lbs crate kept Preferred.

Unfortunately the iron filter didn’t recharge properly. This was noticeable in the showers and toilet.
Potable water at sink and two ice machines were not affected by the iron filter failure as these are on a separate RO system.
Said that a call was not made to the owners for a solution by our property manager..
