The studio is located in the "Les Aigues Marine" residence, a quiet and secure gated community very close to Madrague beach.

The studio comprises a bathroom with toilet, and a nice, fully equipped and functional kitchen.
The sleeping area features a double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).

The shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table and several chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in the cool shade.

Parking:
The apartment does not have a private parking space within the residence, but free parking is available.

Amenities:
Washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, two induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and a sofa bed. We also have a table with chairs, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, dishes, and cutlery.

The surroundings:
More intimate than Les Lecques, La Madrague is a small, fine sandy beach located next to a harbor and also offers a remarkable view of the bay. A true haven of peace, it features a wooden walkway that leads to the sheltered Brameou cove.

Sheets and bath towels:
Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed set or €20 for a single bed set, and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person).

Cleaning:
This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception via our partner Swikly or by credit card imprint.
