Large roof terrace invites you to linger. Start the day there - or leave it there decay. Large living-dining area with comfortable fitted kitchen - microwave, oven, electric grill, dishwasher.
3 bedrooms and an additional separate alcove offer 7 beds for a comfortable sleep. A cot is additionally available. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. The whole as a duplex apartment on two floors offers plenty of room for common ground but also for retreat. 2 TVs available. WLAN incl. Location right in the historic center of Waren, surrounded by nature and lakes offer recreation as well as restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The offer includes: free Wi-Fi, utilities and final cleaning.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage!

Ärgerlich war im Nachhinein, daß wir für einen Schaden verantwortlich gemacht wurden, den wir gar nicht verursacht haben (eine angeblich von uns zerstörte Stehlampe, die sich während unseres Aufenthaltes aber gar nicht in der Wohnung befunden hat) Wir wurden direkt aufgefordert, 89 Euro Schadenersatz zu zahlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war dann auch nicht sehr freundlich. Traurig, da die Wohnung für eine Woche 1700 Euro gezahlt haben.haben.haben.ahabhaben.Eurgeektadhat).

Buchung etwas schwierig, FeWo aber top

Buchung war nervig ueber PayPal, wo ich mein Konto re-animieren musste. FeWo ist aber ganz toll, Ausstattung und Lage , mit Blick auf die Kirche.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in schöner Stadtlage

Eine wirklich schön Wohnung direkt in der Innenstadt von Waren. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird es dann irgendwann schwierig, die Kinder zu beschäftigen, denn so richtig viel los ist in der Umgebung nicht - das mindert aber nicht die Qualität der Unterkunft, die fürs Wetter ja nix kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist aufgrund der Schlafzimmer- Aufteilung sowie der 2 Badezimmer perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Die offene Küche mit Wohnbereich hat alles, was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht, der riesige Esstisch bietet viel Platz. Der Blick vom Balkon/ Dachterrasse führt über die Gassen der Altstadt und direkt zur Kirche Wen das Glockenspiel nicht stört, der kann ab und zu wunderbare spieluhrähnliche Klänge genießen. Bis zum Hafen und in die wunderschöne Altstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Schlafräume sind allerdings zur Hauptstrasse gelegen, bei offenem Fenster ist es ziemlich laut. Hier hat der Vermieter jedoch eine super Lösung mittels Luftreiniger mit Lärmdämmung gefunden, sodass man trotz geschlossenem Fenster mit frischer Luft sehr gut schlafen kann. Im Keller steht sogar eine Waschmaschine , die man gegen ein kleines Entgeld benutzen kann. Es gibt leider keine Insektenschutzgitter, was ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag von uns wäre. Ansonsten gibts nichts zu kritisieren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern gehalten und sehr gut ausgestattet (viele Küchenutensilien, Föhn, Fernseher etc.) Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind genutzt, es standen 3 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung und ein kleines Bett für das Kleinkind - sehr niedlich. Auch 2 Bäder (eins davon mit einer Badewanne) war vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zum Zentrum. Durch die Schallschutzfenster konnte man sehr ruhig schlafen, obwohl eine gut befahrene Straße gleich gegenüber war. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung immer wieder buchen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Waren (Müritz)

Wohnung lag zentral in Waren. Wir waren 5 Tage mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Vom Standort konnten wir sehr gut sternförmige Tagestouren unternehmen. Infrastruktur war für Fahrräder ideal (einfache Bustransfers mit dem Fahrrad)
