The charming one-room apartment is located in a quiet, central location in Überlingen. The apartment is in an apartment building on the ground floor with access to the garden. Within a five-minute walk you can reach the lido and within a fifteen minute walk the center of the historic old town of Überlingen. From the terrace you have a view of Lake Constance, about 200 meters away. Überlingen is the ideal starting point for excursions around Lake Constance, whether by bike, on foot, by ship or by other public transport.


The apartment is stylishly modern and comfortably furnished. The apartment has a bathroom and a spacious kitchen where you can let your creativity run free.
