Clean house quiet street

The house was comfortable with everything needed for my short stay. A grocery store, Sheetz gas/ convenience store, and severalrestaurants were just a couple minutes away.

Great little house for a weekend getaway to the Bookmarks Book Festival in Winston-Salem. Easy to get to, perfect little cottage, clean and comfortable.

It's a cute little house. Decent location, easy to find. Would have liked better outside seating options in backyard. The bathroom door was broken, but we were able to deal with it for a couple of days. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Price was fair.

pictures are deceiving

Pros: Had good water pressure and hot water, had a full kitchen, washer and dryer worked okay, internet was fine.Cons: Very uncomfortable bed, bathroom door was broken, some mold in shower, had to go buy air fresheners to cover up musty smell. Probably will not be staying here again

My wife and I have raised our 4 children in Kernersville, and I am a Broker/Owner of two local real estate companies as well as being licensed and actively selling real estate in the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area of South Florida. My daughter and wife work on my team in NC and I travel back and forth for clients in NC and FL. My wife and I are also fluent in American Sign Language for the Deaf. We have always enjoyed entertaining and hosting friends and family and have turned several of our long-term rental properties into short term rentals to accommodate those who enjoy travel but would like the feel at home vs. hotel experience as we do. We hope you enjoy your stay!
