BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom contains a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with a desk, bedroom 3 has 2 full sized beds. Each bathroom is supplied with soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

GAME ROOM:
In the garage, you will find a pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 70 inch Smart Tv with a sound bar and Roku ,so you can log into all of your favorite streaming devices. Whether you want to catch up on your favorite shows or are a movie fanatic, you have everything you need for a cozy night in.

Wi-Fi
We offer our guests the fastest internet that our providers offer, Cox gigablast.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped no matter how long your stay. It contains all of your basic kitchen utensils such as plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. An air fryer and full service coffee bar is also at your disposal. There you will find coffee grounds, k cups, teas, and other coffee necessities.

OUTDOOR:
A patio set is included in the fully fenced backyard along with the front patio so you can hang out whenever you are. The back yard contains two fire pits, and a charcoal grill capable of handling all of your delicious creations.
In the game room you will find a corn hole set that can also be used for your entertainment.

Please note that cell service on this side of town can be spotty but I do have a cell range booster in the house to help alleviate this.

HOUSE RULES:
– Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
– Absolutely NO smoking in OR near the house.
– Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
– Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval. Let me know if you would like to add any guests to your reservation.
– All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
– Pets are only allowed if you have received pre-approval (and have paid the one-time pet fee
– I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent).
– Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure (Please make sure to press the lock button when leaving the house).
– I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after
yourself.
– Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.

PET RULES
– NO pets are allowed (unless you have approval and have paid the one-time pet fee of $75 for one pet, $120 for two pets.
-Max of 2 animals per stay. Exceptions to this will be granted on a case by case basis.
– Your dog/cat should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are
NOT allowed.
– Animals are NOT allowed on the couch, beds, or any of the furniture.
– Guests must clean up any pet waste in the backyard to prevent future guests
from finding any surprises.
– Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left
alone.
– Any dog/cat that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
– You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog/cat.
