We were able to meet one of the owners and chat with her; she was so welcoming and was genuine about wanted to get to know us and our dogs! It was a beautiful property! You can tell everything they do, they do as a labor of love!

The hosts are awesome. Would highly recommend them. The suite was clean, well stocked, and perfect. It had all the items you will need. Communication was great, and we would definitely stay here again. The beach is private and not crowded, they allow use of their beach chairs, kayaks, and other items. Could not ask for a better place to stay in the Norfolk area.

Location was calm and still very fun! Having beach equipment to use at the ready was perfect for us to maximize our fun and cheaper than purchasing things or renting items just for the moment. Host was awesome and friendly every time we saw them. House was set up and had all those essential items we needed to cook and clean! 10/10 we will definitely be using this location again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Suite. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having access to all of the beach equipment and kayaks! It was super easy to just step out onto what is basically your private beach with only a handful of people ever in your line of sight. We were there with our two boys, 16 and 21, who especially enjoyed the kayaking and fishing. The icing on the cake was wishing Balou a happy 8th birthday! We would definitely come back to stay at this property in the future.

The house was great and had everything we needed!! I was expecting a bit more of a view from the house but other than that the house was wonderful. The location of the chairs and firepit is in the front next to the parking lot which was not expected rather than in the back.House was clean, hosts were great and friendly!

My family and I had a great stay. The house was comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. The proximity to the beach was very nice and convenient. We enjoyed all the beach equipment and the gym area. The hosts were very accommodating and communitive with our changing plans.

Wonderful property! Loved that every mattress was exactly what I sleep on at home! Top notch comfort

Definitely worth visiting this property again if I come back to visit my granddaughter who is in the Coast Guard stationed nearby!

the gym facility was nice for myself and my children- Amy and I loved the mattress we have already discussed the problem on the third floor- I would expect a quiet night's sleep-not received- recommend some sort of screening or check in procedure to ALL guests to ensure residents are applying to the rules

The home was immaculate, three bedroom perfect they have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, No need to bring anything. Convenient to many restaurants, Virginia Beach, the Naval Base. I highly recommend only thing if there’s a rowdy crowd on the third floor ( we were on the second floor) it might be a little noisy. The noise does definitely transfer down.

Check in was easy. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to make meals. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Laundry detergent and washer/dryer are always helpful as I like to do laundry before returning home. Being right on the beach is always non-negotiable here when we visit so that was great. Only thing I missed is having a deck to overlook the ocean and the beds were nice but a tad too firm for me. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive which was very appreciated. Overall great stay. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, kayaks and paddle boards, boogie boards. Really nothing left to say but overall it was worth it!

Family weekend trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the Dolphin suite at the Beachfront Getaway! The condo is very spacious, equipped with all the basics, and convenient location for lots of sightseeing!! The beachfront access is perfect with beautiful sunrises/sunsets. The owners were reachable about accommodations and very welcoming to our stay.
