About this property

Modern furnishings - 80 sqm - sleeps up to 5 - good location Nottuln

We rent a 80 sqm, bright, friendly and completely newly furnished apartment on the ground floor in the so-called sports district of Nottuln in the Münsterland. The beautiful town center is within walking distance.
The apartment has its own entrance and a separate terrace.
The high-quality kitchen offers just as much space to sit as the lovingly furnished dining room.
The sitting area in the living room can be extended to 1.20 m and offers space for another person to sleep. In addition, a third bed is hidden in the wall bed (90x200 cm mattress) in the living room.
We have equipped the bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is on the lower floor in the bright basement. There is a double bed and a single bed (90x200 cm mattress).

This apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 (maximum 5) people. Families with children are very welcome. Nottuln offers many children's playgrounds, a wave pool and various other leisure options. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling. Münster is less than 20 km away and can be easily reached by bus, train or car. Two bicycles are also rented.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung vor allem als Ausgangspunkt für Treffen mit der Familie genutzt, die in dem Ort wohnen und haben uns deshalb kaum in der Wohnung aufgehalten, was wirklich schade war, weil die Wohnung ausgesprochen großzügig ist und ansprechend ausgestattet ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat eine super Raumaufteilung, war sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung (mit eigenem Eingang) ist sehr ruhig. Parken leider nur auf einem sehr schmalen Randstreifen einer schmalen Straße. Die Wohnung eignet sich sowohl für Kurz- als auch längere Aufenthalte.

Sehr netter Gastgeber und top Kontakt. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht und großzügig gestaltet. Platz für 5-6 Leute. Auch in der Küche alles da, Backofen, 4 Kochfelder, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Eierkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen und auch sonst alles. Im Bad Waschmaschine & Trockner man braucht nur Waschmittel & Handtücher der Rest ist alles da. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Beim Betreten der Wohnung hat uns Wärme umgeben und es war sehr sauber ... man fühlt sich sofort heimelig. Kurzurlaub in Nottuln bei Familie Bögel

Wir konnten leider nur 3 Nächte in der schönen Ferienwohnung bleiben. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In dem Städtchen Nottuln und vor allem in der sehr gemütlichen und geräumigen Ferienwohnung, die sehr sauber war und in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Ruhe dort haben wir sehr genossen und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Es alles gepasst. Die Größe, die Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die Gemütlichkeit und sogar die Bücher im Regal aber vor allem auch das "Wohlgefühl" in dieser Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt und die Privatsphäre wurde respektiert, obwohl die Vermieter der Wohnung im selben Haus wohnen. Ein herzliches Danke schön, dass wir hier wohnen durften. mooie uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten

Prima vakantieverblijf in rustige woonwijk. Alle voorzieningen waren voor handen. Onze e-bikes konden we in een afsluitbare garage zetten. We sliepen in het souterrain en daar was het zeer aangenaam toen de temperatuur boven de 30 graden uitkwam.
