The living area is divided into two spaces:

A first lounge with fireplace insert and library, perfect for calm and relaxation.

A second lounge with dining area, equipped with a very large screen and a PlayStation 5 for gaming and movie enthusiasts.

First floor:

A wide staircase leads to the sleeping area, designed for rest and comfort.
You will find four bedrooms, each equipped with a 160×200 bed with mattress topper, wardrobes and storage, as well as automatic roller shutters for peaceful nights and gentle wake-ups.

Each bedroom has its own wardrobe with hanging space and dedicated storage.

Two bathrooms complete this level:

The main bathroom features a double sink, walk-in shower, and large-capacity washing machine.
