Birthday weekend getaway

Beautiful home very modern, very nice pirepit with a grill grate on top for cooking, we had a great time by the firepit roasting marshmallows and the tvs are actually decent sized in all rooms but the "kids" it doesnt have one. We could have used more towels that and no light on the dock are my only flaws for the place but they are adding lights and more according to the owner. So I'm excited to see it finished completely

Peace and quiet !

This property is so clean and well maintained. Everything was very clean and the house smelt amazing! We were so surprised how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. We will most definitely be staying here again! I cant say enough good things about this place!

Weekend Getaway

We live in Wilmington, just one hour north and we were looking for a quick weekend getaway. Fell in love with the photos online and even more in love with the property once we arrived! Absolutely gorgeous landscape with a fire pit to die for and close proximity to the river! We had fantastic weather and enjoyed walking to the beach, enjoyed quiet morning coffee on the porch and swing. 10/10 recommend for your stay in OKI!

A beautiful and comfortable home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sea Esta. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants in Oak Island. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like home. We will be back at Casa Sea Esta! Thank you David and Darla!

We are David and Darla Bermeo, a Mortgage broker and Microbiologist, respectively, residing here in North Carolina.
We have 4 beautiful children, all grown, except for our little Oscar (10yr). When we’re not running around with family chores, we love to go to Oak Island Beach (OKI). Here you find us fishing and kayaking on the canal or eating at one of the awesome restaurants in and around OKI. As a couple, David and I are quite the “Salsa-Duo” (David is native Colombian) who love to visit every Salsa club we can find!

We have a motto, “It’s all apart of the journey “.

We hope to make this part of your journey a memorable tranquil experience you’ll want to revisit again and again….

Oak Island is a very unique and relaxing area. Less touristy and tranquil. There is a good mix of activities and restaurants to keep you busy on the Island. Why I chose this property and area is due to the view from the back porch. On the deck it just screams a "Nicholas Sparks" novel.
