Nice apartment with balcony and lake view. From the balcony you can see the lake Sellin. It is only a few meters to the fun pool with its great sauna area. Especially for children it is an experience. In winter you are right at the winter ice rink.

Baltic Sea beaches, pier, forests and the Seepark can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. Shops, restaurants, cafes in less than 5 minutes. An adventure pool is located in the immediate vicinity. It is not far to the beach. In about 5 - 10 minutes walk you reach the beautiful beach of Sellin. The raging Roland, the historic train of Rügen, you can see from the balcony.
