Only 150 metres away, the Léo Lagrange public car park offers many easily accessible and secure spaces.

Crossing and bathed in light, our apartments are located in typical Luchon buildings dating from the early 1900s. Quiet and comfortable, they offer beautiful views of the mountains and the gondolas going up to Superbagnères.

🧹 Cleaning and cleanliness at departure

End-of-stay cleaning is at the expense of the tenant, who is committed to maintaining a good level of cleanliness during his stay.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment (vacuum cleaner, wipes, broom, basic products...).

At the time of departure, the accommodation must be returned in a condition similar to that of arrival:
• Dishes cleaned and put away
• Rubbish bins taken out (room next to the car park)

For reasons of insurance and legal compliance, it will be requested:
• The secure sending of a valid identity document after the confirmation of the reservation (via the platform's messaging system)
• The completion of a Reservation indicating the contact details of all the people staying in the accommodation.

Birthday parties and family celebrations are allowed, subject to prior request, for a specific moment of the stay (one evening maximum), and with respect for the premises, the area and a reasonable noise level in order to preserve the tranquility of all.
