If old town isn’t your thing, though, don’t fret; you’re roughly 5 miles away from Indian Wells tennis and the Coachella grounds, and golf is close by as well. If that’s still not your thing, you have everything you need at the house—you have the opportunity to lounge by the beautiful, modern pool or dine underneath the stars in the covered portion of the deck area. If you’re looking for one-of-a-kind touches, you won’t be in short supply: hand-painted sinks and custom-made mirrors give everything a special aura. Mix up a margarita and take a load off!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Need a clean back yard peeled paint gets repainted & broken drains get fix. Chaise cushions replace
Very nicely done inside. Needs to give us guests better privacy in the pool area. Wood neighboring wall has many many wide open gaps and when their gardner comes they blow all dirt into pool area leaving a mess. We had to hose clean the back when we arrived. ThankYou, L B

Simply Perfect
The house was perfect! We stayed the week before Memorial Day, couldn't have asked for a better location. The house was well stocked with all the things to cook inside and BBQ outside. Super comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Outside had a small but nice pool that is geared more for adults, including tons of pool floats. Great decor inside and out in a very mellow quiet neighborhood. Property managers extremely responsive too.We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable open floor plan great for pets plenty of room to roam around enclosed courtyard and enclosed backyard super clean beautiful modern decor lots and lots of clean towels super comfy beds, simple simple check in!
