Welcome to DESERT PLACE- 3-BEDROOMS* Sleeps 6 adults. A great place to relax and get away from it all. This desert oasis has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful new modern pool and hot tub in backyard with 360 Mountain Views. The house is set in a private setting with Modern Decor. Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ on Patio. There are multiple lounging and entertainment areas. Additionally (x2)Sofas are convertible beds. Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails.
ADDITIONAL FEES: POOL and SPA heating available with additional fee. PET (dogs only) Fees apply.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests.
Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
