Cocoonr offers this 400 m² manor house in Sézanne to rent for up to 12 people.
It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, six bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Separate WC
- A work area comprising an anteroom and a seminar room equipped for twelve people
First floor:
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A dining room
- A large lounge with bar and library
- A billiards room
- A small lounge with TV and sofas
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and WC)
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
Second floor:
- Bedroom 5: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
- Bedroom 6: bunk bed with en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private 800 m² garden with the "Remarkable Garden" label. It is south-facing and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.
- A 100 m² courtyard
The house is ideally located in Sézanne, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Wellness area with jacuzzi and sauna
- Walks and cycle rides (forests, marshes, orchards, hillsides)
- Stroll around the historic centre of Sézanne, which has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère" label.
- Visit the Couvent des Récollets (historic building)
- Stroll along the old ramparts, which have been transformed into "mails".
- Explore the countryside and vineyards of the area
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the manor's main courtyard (one vehicle). A reinforced socket for electric vehicles is also available.

- Nearest train station: Romilly-sur-Seine, approximately 26 km away
- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly, around 120 km away

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- The work areas on the ground floor are only accessible on request and at an additional cost. Payment must be made to the on-site manager.
