Located 8km from Le Mans and 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, in the heart of the countryside with no neighbors, we offer a 3-star rated holiday rental (small farmhouse) for your family or friends' gatherings, accommodating up to 14 people (adults and children).

Short stays are available (minimum 2-night weekend, extended weekend with a bank holiday, week-long stay, etc.).

The rate includes water, firewood for the fireplace insert if needed, cleaning supplies, and 300 kWh of electricity.
Additional electricity consumption is charged at €0.22 per kWh, payable directly to the owners upon departure, based on actual usage. Optional: Bed linen provided with beds made upon arrival at the cottage for €15 per bed.
Optional: Towels provided for €5 per person.
Mandatory cleaning fee: €100 (additional charge).

Approximately 25 km of hiking trails nearby. The cottage was part of a family farmhouse that we renovated in 2010/12. We believe the building dates back to the 17th century and perhaps even earlier. It is built of Roussard stone, which was quarried from a site that was right next to the cottage (now a grove).

The cottage is located at the end of a dead-end road and 1.9 km from the village center.

The nearest neighbor is 500 m away; otherwise, you'll hear cows grazing between April and November. In the village, you'll find a bakery, a restaurant, a bar/tobacconist, a pharmacy, a medical center, and a U Express supermarket.

You will always be welcomed upon your arrival at the gîte.
