The 3rd floor balcony offers GREAT views and a great gathering spot. Perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. With the corner location, we get ocean breeze on most days making the balcony comfortable even in the sweltering summer heat. Honestly we spend most of our time here.

Our condo is Located in a low key family friendly building (Constellation House North) with easy beach access, just steps away. Beach chairs and umbrellas in condo for your use.

Blazing fast and reliable internet for the entire family's devices.
Need to catch up on some work? No problem. Desk & working area in main living area, with a peek at the ocean while you work.

Primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. The sofa sleeper accommodates additional guests if needed.

This is our beach retreat and is outfitted with all the comforts of home! The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and serve meals. The living room/ kitchen area is comfortable and includes a dining table, living room seating , & a desk & chair for working or catching up on emails.

The location is central with walking access to restaurants, bars, the Convention center and the candy kitchen.

Awesome beach escape

This home is well cared for, clean and nicely decorated. Location is amazing with plenty restaurants and close to many activities. The condo is by the beach, sitting in the balcony is full view of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and we had a good time staying at this condo.

Wonderful Stay

Property was well cleaned and in great working order overall. Comfy couches in the living room (a big deal for me personally) and plenty of seating for dining. Awesome view of the surf from the balcony and friendly neighbors. The property owner was friendly and answered messages when we needed. I have been visiting OCMD my entire life with my family as a child, and now that I'm an adult in charge of finding the family rental for summer vacation with my wife and kids, this is my new favorite. Will be renting again next year if I can.

A Great Return to OCMD

When our children were younger, we vacationed in OCMD every summer; we actually stayed in a unit in this very building. As they got older, we began to vacation elsewhere. This year, we decided to return to our original vacation stomping grounds and we quickly remembered why we loved it so much! This property is steps from the beach, is located in a great part of town, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun family vacation. The owners were awesome to work with and answered our questions quickly. Would return again in a hearbeat❤️

My husband and I love traveling and especially to beaches. We bought this condo as our family retreat and we try to get down as often as we can. But when we are not here we are happy to share our little oasis with like minded people. While the condo association does not allow renter's pets our German Shepard fur baby does love to come with us to the condo. So if you are allergic to pets, you may want to consider another rental.

Family friendly condo building. Great location. Walk to restaurants and bars and the convention center. Free parking for 2 cars. Easy beach access just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and beach wagon available for use.

What makes this property unique

Because we are an end unit condo, we have gorgeous view of the ocean and ocean breezes that generally make sitting on the balcony comfortable and enjoyable even in mid-summer. The location is mid-town and SO convenient. You can walk to the convention center, catch a bus, walk to many restaurants and Candy Kitchen is just across the street should you have a sweet tooth. The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces just behind the building. and we are one of the few buildings tat allow for motorcycle trailers so you can join us for bike-fest. We have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use.
