Our is in a prime location in front of the Black Forest and close to Strasbourg, Baden-Baden and Europapark Rust
beautiful, quiet apartment with 70 square meters of living space and a large terrace directly in the green of Appenweier (Ortenau).
The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. It has 2 bedrooms, one spacious with
large double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. This could be used by arrangement for an additional two people (prices must be discussed in advance). The living room has a direct view of the green and borders on a large terrace.
The kitchen has a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge.
Spices, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water are provided.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis in prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben 10 dagen gelogeerd in Appenweier.Het huis is van alles voorzien en erg schoon.De beheerster heette ons welkom en kwam in de week ook nog even langs om te kijken of alles oke was. Aanrader voor mooie vakantie!

Umgebung und Lage zum erholen wunderbar. Ruhig gelegen aber dennoch nicht weit von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weg. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, würde am liebsten dafür gar keinen Stern vergeben aber geht nicht, auch wenn es ein Ferienwohnung war. Bettwäsche war durch, Sauberkeit der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig, ebenso die Sauberkeit der Teppiche und der Ecken über all.

Goed verblijf in Appenweier

Het appartement was goed. woonkamer, keuken en twee slaapkamers. Terras en ruimte om je auto te parkeren op de oprit. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. De bedden waren goed. De banken zijn meer hangbanken, daar zijn wij zelf dan niet zo van. Het was warm toen wij de waren, dus erg blij met de rolluiken. We hadden voor het appartement gekozen omdat het er heerlijk rustig zou zijn. Daar hadden we wat pech mee. Buiten in de wijk waren ze glasvezel aan het inleggen, met freesmachines en drilboren het asfalt openmaken. De bovenburen hadden bezoek en dat kon je duidelijk horen. We hadden wat dat betreft wat pech. Je kon heerlijk buiten zitten. Zonnescherm ging wel heel zwaar open en dicht. De keuken was van alles voorzien. Ruim genoeg voor ons tweeën. Wat dat betreft hebben we heerlijk genoten. Op de afgesproken tijd werden we verwelkomt door Renate en wegwijs gemaakt. Dat helemaal top. Een lamp was kapot en werd vervangen door de bovenbuurvrouw. Dus ook helemaal in orde. De bovenburen hebben Cannabis op hun balkon staan (dat mag) maar dat roken wij dan wel de hele tijd als wij buiten op het terras zaten. En we zijn geen liefhebbers van de Cannabisgeur. We hebben een fijne week gehad, mooie uitvalsbasis naar Gengenbach, Offenburg en Straatsburg!

Die Küche ist alt, aber funktionstüchtig. In dem Haus ist alles, was man braucht. Große gemütliche Sofalandschaft, reichlich Platz, alles sauber & ordentlich. Die Haushälterin ist supernett. Ruhige Wohnlage, sehr erholsam. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele mögliche Tagesausflüge. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem so zentral, dass Bäcker, Restaurant und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Rechtal und Städtetouren nach Straßburg, Baden-Baden und Offenburg.

Schöne Location im Retrodesign

Fewo liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Rande von Appenweier, angenehmer Fußweg am Bach ins Zentrum ca. 900m. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Hauswirtschafterin, Vermieterin haben wir nicht kennen gelernt. Einrichtung ist zweckdienlich, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Stil z.Teil 50er Jahre. Große Terrasse. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Wir kommen wieder!

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Auch der Empfang war sehr nett. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht mit Ausflügen nach Straßburg, in den Schwarzwald und in den Breisgau und waren viel mit dem Zug unterwegs, weil Appenweier als "Stützpunkt" ideal ist.

Gelungener Urlaub in Appenweier

Die Wohnung am Ortsrand liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Empfang durch die Hauswirtschafterin war sehr nett, die Übergabe unkompliziert. Für Fragen stand Sie immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben kurzfristig Fahrräder gebucht, auf unsere Frage nach einer Unterstellmöglichkeit wurde uns unkompliziert die Garage zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut, im Bad wäre mehr Ablagefläche wünschenswert. Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der schönen Terrasse frühstücken. Im Ort gibt es einen Edeka,eine leckere Eisdiele und gute Speiserestaurants. Schöne Bademöglichkeit in Offenburg mit Beachbar Essgut und direkt dahinter das Strandbad. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse nach Appenweier von Fam. Schreiber!

Wohnung empfehlenswert

Wie schon von anderen Mietern angemerkt, fehlten auch uns Vorhänge, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Bis auf ausnahmslos stumpfe Messer konnten wir uns über nichts beklagen. Für die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder stand uns eine Garage zur Verfügung und davor konnten wir praktischerweise unser Auto abstellen. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

A very Nice vacation

The apartment was wel maintained, also located in a nice environment. You have all the basic shops in the neighborhood and at night it’s quite. We have noticed that all basic suppliant were included into the apartment which was a unexpected surprise for us. We’ve visited several swimmingpools in the area which are very succesfull for all.

Ein schöner, aber zu kurzer Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig aufgefallen war uns, dass Gardinen vor den Fenstern, durchaus auch blickdichte, gut wären. So könnte man bei offenem Fenster schlafen, und ist nicht wegen der Helligkeit morgens oder nachts (Laterne) geneigt, die Jalousien vollständig zu schließen. Wobei das natürlich auch auf das persönliche Empfinden ankommt. Wir bedanken uns auf jeden Fall.

Wunderschöne Gegend und Appenweier ein schöner Ort!

Schöne grosse Küche, Edeka, Bäckereien, Restaurants im Ort! Viel zu besichtigen! Wlan geht auch wirklich! Hellhörige Ferienwohnung, für uns ok! Tip Gardinen im SZ, da Strassenlaterne auch durch die geschlossenen Fensterläden sichtbar, wenn man noch Luft möchte, doch stark geblendet wird. Gerne wieder in ein paar Jahren!
