This home offers privacy, all of the comforts of home, and breathtaking views over Indian Creek, which is at the base of the property line. It is close to both Lake Austin and Lake Travis boat ramps and all of the Austin area action. Relax on the back patio or prepare a family meal at the farmhouse kitchen table - you will feel at home, lost in the woods, and right in the heart of the Austin lifestyle all at the same time!
~30 minutes from Austin's South Congress area, close to Pace Bend, Lake Travis, The Oasis, Lake Austin, all of the spots for a weekend of exploring and soaking up all that Austin has to offer! Immerse yourself in Texas' hill country while being close to the city!
This house is on a steep cliff. The deck is very high off of the ground and the driveway is steep and curved with a drop off. Guests must utilize the property as a whole at their own risk, owner is not liable for any damage, personal loss, of death as a result of staying at the property. This liability release extends to all persons on the property at the time of the stay or immediately before or after.
If bringing a boat, there is parking next to the garage for a trailer but you must discuss with Elise first. Be prepared to provide the length, make and model of your boat.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house is conveniently located. We were able to find everything in the kitchen that we needed. The patio was such a relaxing and enjoyable space. We had plans to do things in Austin, but enjoyed relaxing in the house so much, we only went out one of our four days.

If your thinking about booking- do yourself a favor and do it! The house very nice, super clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The views are amazing. We had a party of 10 and the house was perfect for us. Easy check-in. Had no issues with anything. Definitely recommend Elise’s house!

Beautiful house on cliff with gorgeous views

We loved our long weekend at this lovely home on a cliff near Lake Travis. It was beautifully decorated, had very comfortable beds, and plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, which is very important to me. Our favorite thing, however, was the two-level deck out the back with amazing views. This was where we spent most of our time! Our host, Elisa, was very kind & helpful, and responded quickly to the one issue we had while there. Overall, it was a great time and a lovely home. We would definitely stay there again!

We were a group of 9 which included 4 kids under 12. The property was extremely clean with plenty of supplies. Bedding, towels were soft and comfortable. Everything that was described was there and our stay exceeded our expectations. There is a large deck you can sit and enjoy the view from, Although we were there for a family get together and did not go to the lake, location is mins away from Lake Travis. Host was very helpful and was in contact through out the trip. Our kids had a blast and complimented how comfortable everything was. Greatly recommend A++

We enjoyed a relaxing spring break here. Very nice and clean home, quite, great deck, pet friendly. Near Lakeway. We enjoyed ziplining and going to the Oasis. Highly recommend.

Elise was such a great host, made sure everything you could possibly need was in the home. It didn’t feel like just a place to stay but my friends and I all said the same thing it had the home vibes and was super comfortable. Highly recommend!
